[Adium-devl] Upgrade done

The upgrade from Trac 0.10.0 to 0.10.3 went well. However, it  
basically didn't change much. There should be some slight performance  
increases, but on the Adium trac install the roadmap is still pretty  
broken. Otherwise it's good that trac is updated, so our next step,  
moving to a different database backend, should be the next step in  
trying to resolve issues. I however do not believe that this will  
resolve the issue with the roadmap. If anyone would like to work with  
a dump of the database to try to debug that part of the problem,  
please ping me off list.

We've also run into a new bug. You should all see it when you try  
things, but basically when you click to go somewhere, say /roadmap,  
it'll redirect you to the wiki, but with a /roadmap in the url as  
well. Click again and it'd take you there or anywhere else. So you'll  
end up with say, roadmap/timeline and that will work. I think I know  
how to fix that, but it'll take a bit investigate it.
