The plan is for it to be done sometime tonight. I'm not expecting a  
Magic Bullet®, but there are quite a few relevant tickets closed in  
0.10.1 and 0.10.2, such as http://trac.edgewall.org/ticket/3503  
("Operational Error: database is locked") and http:// 
trac.edgewall.org/ticket/3779 ("Reports take minutes to complete").
