Any objections to 1.0b22 being a silent release candidate plus debug  
logging, followed by a 1.0b23 which will match but have debug logging  
turned off (as the release does), with an actual release by the end  
of next week?

The only remaining coding ticket on the 1.0 milestone is that file  
transfers in AIM still have problems when routed through the proxy  
server in some situations.  Graham, any leads (or work in progress,  
or requests for information) on that one (seeing as though you've  
driven many of the recent file transfer fixes in libgaim)?
