[Adium-devl] Minimum Version Requirements?

Personally feel that the current+last that we've been doing has
served us well.
However, I wouldn't mind revisiting this conversation once 10.5 is
released, and once everyone has had a chance to settle in with it.
Plus that gives the apis a time to be "known" as buggy as all hell,
or the new hotness.
