David is at work, but says that there were a lot of commits that would 
need to be reverted that removed 10.3 compatibility.

If we had a choice, and it wasn't influenced by feeling bad for the 10.3 
people, I'd want to drop 10.3 simply because it adds to the complexity 
of testing. We already have a hard time of getting a 10.3 tester on hand 
to test betas.
