[Adium-devl] Removing Old Xtras Mods

Below is a list of current Xtras mods:

   - Ders
   - eevyl
   - WICKEDfour
   - cazrlimit
   - The_Tick
   - Scottish
   - cbarett
   - Reikon
   - selcouth
   - Catfish_Man
   - zaudragon
   - huwr
   - freakman
   - dbomb
   - djbsquared
   - Kiel
   - snarfer

I do not know who Ders, WICKEDfour, cazrlimit, Scottish, Reikon or Kiel are.
Unless anybody does, I'm going to remove them.

Of the above, I'm going to promote the developers to Developer status. That
is, eevyl, The_Tick, cbarett, selcouth, Catfish_Man, and djbsquared. This is
a new user level for those who are able to approve plugins. Send a response
to this if you have a user account and I'll promote you to Developer.

This is probably a good opportunity to voice any opinions on who should be
new moderators. edr1084 has asked for it, and he's been pretty active in
Trac so I suggest he be promoted to it.

I'm also going to eventually create a user administration page. Developers
or Admins will be able to turn anybody to a Moderator status, as well as ban
users.
