I don't know any details about XBench - I just figured a math &  
performance based benchmark would track compilation speed better than  
Photoshop.  Really a pretty unfounded claim on my part - anyone have  
real data or founded thoughts?

It's actually even less than that it turns out -- OWC will give an  
$18 rebate for the 2 512 mb chips the Mini ships with, so it's total  
of $161.
