[Adium-devl] Show Offline Contacts should not be the default

Great idea. Let's make it a menu item!

Since many of our users probably come from official clients and  
clients on other platforms, I think there's no One Default to Rule  
Them All. Maybe we should put it in the assistant, with an explanation:

	Adium can hide contacts who are offline, or show you all your  
contacts regardless of status. You may prefer the latter option if  
many of your contacts normally run in Invisible mode, but the contact  
list can become unwieldy if it is very long.
	
	(•) Hide offline contacts
	( ) Show offline contacts
	
	You can always change this setting from the View menu.

I think I've suggested this at least once before.
