[Adium-devl] Show Offline Contacts should not be the default

So far, we've had seven people on feedback and seven more people on  
#adium (on 1.1.1 day) asking how to change their contact list back to  
Hide Offline Contacts. Did we ever have 14+ people in four days ask  
how to make it show them?

I propose two things:

1. Add the Show Offline Contacts menu item to the help book.
2. Make Hide the default again.

I think we should put it back for 1.1.2. Having them hidden is much  
more useful most of the time than having them shown.

As for dealing with invisible people, that would be solved by #7203:

And that's a minority case anyway, IMO.
