Continuing 10.3 support for as long as we did was nice, but is there  
any value for us to keep 10.4 support after a few months of 10.5  
being out? I'm of the opinion that it would be more beneficial on the  
development side of things to support 10.5+ with 1.3 or 1.4 rather  
than continue to keep 10.4 support around.

10.4 -> 10.5 took a lot longer than 10.3 -> 10.4 (see http:// 
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mac_OS_X#Versions).

I would like to propose that at the end of the year we drop 10.4  
support.
