[Adium-devl] Should tabs size-to-fit?

	Limited testing in 20500 indicates that sizing works quite well now.  
I'm not 100% certain that "Size all tabs down toward the average tab  
width. Tabs below average remain the same size." is the right  
behavior (possibly sizing down proportionally would work better, so  
as to truncate evenly), but it's a pretty good one.
