[Adium-devl] Should tabs size-to-fit?

I'm not fully satisfied with the size-to-fit implementation in  
PSMTabBarControl at present.  I feel like I often would prefer for  
tabs to go closer to the minimum width rather than some of them going  
tot he overflow menu.  What are y'all's thoughts on size-to-fit for  
the tabs? Is it a Good Thing and the sizing algorithm should be  
fixed, or is it not and we should just go to fixed-width and move on?
