[Adium-devl] Adium 1.2 is feature locked

I get that they're slightly different issues, but shouldn't it be one or the
other? I think people will be confused if both are in play - either there
will be two preferences to confuse people or they will check the 'don't show
this again' option once, then likely be presented with it again for a
slightly different option. Will they get both notifications the first time
they quit the application if they have unread messages, or will it be one
while there's unread messages and another when they quit when there are not
unread messages?
I'm not saying it's a bad idea - because I have also quit Adium accidentally
before while cmd-tabbing through apps - but issues and confusion arising
from the two slightly different notifications (or preferences or both)
should be solved. Even if that can't be done, the only time it's harmful
(rather than just annoying) to accidentally quit Adium is when there are
unread messages so at least that's a good fallback when it works.
