Just be careful with this since this was what hurts Trillian IMHO.  
Unless you pay your
yearly subscription for the program you don't get Jabber support.  
There was only a
certain number of times I was willing to pay for a program where it  
was hard to judge
what progress was happening. I know that this probably won't happen  
with Adium, but
you need to be careful with VIP features.
