I just committed two changes to my code that you may want to pick up.

First, I dropped the AuthorizedTaskManager. It was cut down anyway to 
the point where it wasn't very useful except to our code, and Greg, the 
original author, worried that people might misconstrue the point of it. 
The useful parts of it got rolled into the DiskImageUtilities code (all 
eight lines or so). (This change also involves linking to the 
SecurityFoundation framework too.)

Second, I changed the strings as you mentioned. The reason they were 
done that way before was so that it would be obvious if the translations 
were missing. It's reasonable to do it otherwise, though, and putting 
the strings in the NSLocalizedString call makes for a more 
understandable piece of code.
