Executive summary:
- Add AuthorizedTaskManager.[h|m] and DiskImageUtilities.[h|m] to the 
project
- Link to the Security.framework
- Add four strings to the Localizable.strings file
- Call appropriately on startup (we use -applicationWillFinishLaunching:)

Since you guys are GPL, we went with a BSD license for the four key files.
