It's a clientside setting, but making it part of our official  
recommendations for what committers should do is a good idea.  I like  
their list - it's pretty similar to my own but more complete - but it  
lacks two important ones:
*.strings    = svn:mime-type=text/utf-16
*.m          = svn:eol-style=native; svn:keywords=Id; svn:mime- 
type=text/plain

We shouldn't have a *.plist entry, as plists may be XML or binary  
(though we should be committing as XML, I don't want to break commits  
which do otherwise) - svn does a fine job autodetecting that one.
