Thank you for the offer.
A backup mirror would probably be outside the realm of your strict
bandwidth limits -- if we simply split load between our current
download host and your server, you'd be asked to move 1 terabyte of
data in an average month, with more when we have an actual release.
If we do have need of secondary hosting, we'll definitely let you
know :)
