Can we frame this somewhere? Maybe print it out in giant letters and  
hang it on the office wall? Man, I wish we had an office...

Anyway, I digress. Peter really summed it up there. That anecdote was  
great -- really showed the power of kind and helpful words. Always try  
and take the polite high ground with users -- that way if they blow up  
at you, all the egg is on their face, and the chances of them blowing  
up in the first place are a ton less likely.

I'm not talking to anyone in particularly, just to the list in  
general. I'll stop rambling now. Painkillers + email = ?
