They've been rolling, because the beta became so long (and was  
'premature' in the sense of release readiness) that string freeze was  
invalid, both in terms of existing strings which were localizable  
(c.f. the setup assistant, which yea Brian finished reviewing) and,  
more commonly, nonlocalizable strings (most of which have now been  
fixed).

There are a bunch of localization updates pending from translators...  
I'll take care of those sometime next week.

In the future, betas need to happen when we as a group are saying,  
"Ok, this is releasable. Let's make sure." We should string freeze at  
that point -- or, better, a week before, when we're close to a  
release -- and it should be strict.  Doing localization once for a  
release isn't bad.  Doing it 10000 times which is what's happened  
with 1.0 is teh scuk.
