[Adium-devl] Weekly status updates - 9/16

I've been reviewing (and eliminating) many of the issues listed in  
this ticket, with a handful left. Typically the issue isn't that it's  
not localized, but that the string tables and nibs haven't been  
updated. Are we doing rolling updates (through the betas) to the  
localizations or are we freezing after all tickets are closed so  
localizations can then be done?
