[Adium-devl] b12 again

	Hi folks,

	I'd like to call this build: http://dscoder.com/Adium_1.0b12rc5.dmg  
the final 1.0b12 (aside from updating the version info, of course).  
It's revision 17724. We've gotten some testing on the 10.3 issue ofri  
fixed, and the group chat issue we found, and both seem to be fine  
now. Chris has pointed out that if we're going to follow the policy  
we discussed, we should leave it in the channel topic until Friday,  
and then do a release if there isn't anything huge. I'm fine with  
that, so we'll need to get the changelog written up by then, and I  
can back-merge versioning up to b12. We *could* incorporate changes  
since 17724, but I'm paranoid of regressions right now, so I'd rather  
not.
