I'm unclear on what's actually wrong - it almost looks like joscar  
never hears about it or something. I'll have to fiddle with some  
things to figure what's going on (altho - seriously folks, why do end- 
users *care* about this?)

I can't reproduce this myself - can anyone confirm this for me?

Is this ICQ only? One of the comments leads me to think so, and I've  
moved people around with success in Adium...

Should be fixed as far as I'm aware (note that I've not been able to  
reproduce this one totally reliably - I think the switch from natd to  
pf on my FreeBSD router (note to self: compile in ALTQ next week and  
do shaping goodness!) fixed it for me before joscar itself was fixed,  
so I'm a bit in the dark at the moment.)

o_O ZOMGUNPOSSIBLE!
Seriously, not sure what could cause this - can we close and see if  
the poor guy reopens or something? It's not reproducible on any  
machine I've tried, including my friends' Macs that aren't customized  
to high heaven....
