[Adium-devl] Plugin system wishlist as requested

That's a very good point. To be honest I can't see an immediate way  
around it as the thinking behind this method was to be able to send  
messages without bothering about all that sort of thing. Possibly  
failing and returning NO would be the thing to do in that situation.  
Then the plugin can decide whether to display an error message or  
prompt for guidance.
