[Adium-devl] Map of Adium

All devs and GSoC students: Please have a look at the Map of Adium to  
make sure that:

1. What is there currently is correct.
2. The map as a whole is complete. (I know it isn't currently. For  
one thing, there's absolutely nothing about statuses. There are also  
plenty of empty tasks.)
3. The Vorlon have been duly consulted. (I couldn't think of a third  
list item.)

My grand plan is that this will form the basis of a plug-in API. I  
figure that a document somewhere that says “to do X, you must do X1,  
X2, and X3” will be an incentive to make sure X1, X2, or X3 is not  
suddenly ripped out and replaced with Y, breaking compatibility with  
plug-ins that depend on X[1–3]. If any of the procedures are  
particularly ugly, then we can add them to a hit-list of things to  
shine up before we announce a stable plug-in API.
