I suggest we add two methods to AIPluginInfo:

	-pluginAPIMajorVersion
	-pluginAPIMinorVersion

If we add anything to the plug-in API, we bump the minor version.
If we remove or change anything such that existing plug-ins will  
break, we bump the major version.

Either way, no version of Adium would run a plug-in that requested a  
higher major version, or a higher minor version with a lower or equal  
major version.
