[Adium-devl] Good starter bugs?

One question, should I ask questions about a specific ticket here on the
mailing list, on IRC, or as notes to the ticket?  For example, based on the
original diff posted for item 1837 I would assume this should be coded as a
core plug-in to Adium.  If I had needed to ask this question, where do you
all prefer I ask it?
