Now that we've got trac back up, we need something else to complain  
about ;)

Here's a few thing I'd like to see in trac:

- moving all the bugs assigned to "nobody/anybody/somebody" to the new  
" " user from the trac users plugin.
- any logged in user should have the ability to twiddle the "has  
patch" field, so it will show up on report 12.
- make it easier for developers to give out the write bit to the Wiki  
sections.
