Almost certainly temporary. My primary concern was getting svn up at
all so we can get back to the business of coding... James is
currently working on getting the Python-subversion bindings (needed
for Trac) to work, which is why when Trac was up for a while
yesterday all the subversion-related parts were complaining badly.

It'll be moving back to :80. Unless something odd and magical
happens, technically, it'll stay on :8080 but :80 will forward
internally to :8080, because we're running lighttp on port 80, which
doesn't support mod_dav_svn, and so will be forwarding incoming
requests for svn to apache which rocks out on port 8080. End result
is the same; when things are officially up, no changes will be
necessary, but for now developers can use svn switch on their
existing checkouts.
