[Adium-devl] Trac status update, and 1.0b15

According to James (imajes), the new server for Trac and Subversion  
should be "in action" "sometime later today".  The old server died  
last night of a hardware failure with no data loss -- the hard drive  
(its secondary drive, but the drive with all our data) had already  
been removed for transfer to the new server.

Think we're ready for 1.0b15 once the server is up?  There's reason  
to think that the Keep Alive code added to joscar recently causes  
10.3.9 AIM connectivity problems (mysterious!), so we can use joscar  
without that code for now.  I don't think all our problems are  
solved, but certainly some big ones are.
