Also, I have some plug-in recommendations:

⁃ WP-Cache
	Absolutely essential. We've been dugg before, and without WP-Cache,  
getting dugg will kill a WP blog (by clogging up its database back- 
end). Think “Database is locked” without the pretty error message.
⁃ Live Comment Preview
⁃ Comment Authorization
	Allows people to authorize their own comments by response to an  
email challenge. The spam comments pile up and need to be cleaned out  
periodically, but they don't get through to public view.
⁃ Author Highlight
	We (meaning one or more of us who know PHP) should fork this, or  
create a patch, to support highlighting registered posters instead of  
a specific name+email. Then we'll have developers' comments  
highlighted specially, making it easy to spot real developer comments.
