So I was flipping through Step into Xcode and came across a sidebar  
about how to finally evict __MyCompanyName__ from their office  
building once and for all*.

Here are the instructions from the book:

	defaults write com.apple.xcode \
		PBXCustomTemplateMacroDefinitions \
		'{ ORGANIZATIONNAME = "Joan Smith"; }'

The only place in the Apple docs where Google revealed a mention of  
this feature is <http://developer.apple.com/releasenotes/ 
DeveloperTools/Xcode/XcodeDefaults.html>. It does work, though.
