My name is Xavier.  xt at the7thart.com  I'm considering donating a sum 
for Adium as a chat solution for my staff who work a lot with 
outsourced personnel around the world.  One feature we use a lot is the 
"Log Viewer,"  very useful for checking what was said when.  Problem is 
(given the time differences) many of the chats take place at home -- so 
when you need to check a fact at work, it's only on the home computer.

Is is possible to either 1) save chat logs in a central location (one 
of our mail servers for example) or 2) consolidate home chats with work 
chats by "exporting / importing" chat information?  I poked around your 
site a little bit and found the info below, which leads me to believe 
that will be an R1.0 feature?

The logging system (Log Viewer, Message History, and Logging plugin) is 
being completely replaced for 1.0. This is the most unfinished part at 
the moment. It's unclear how much will get done, or how long it will 
take. The end result should support Spotlight, be easier to use, and be 
faster.
