[Adium-devl] Toolbar icons

I kinda think a brand recognition is a Good Thing™, and for better or  
worse, Adiumy is the brand image of Adium. I kinda feel it IS in  
place as it appears in the app right now. Although I agree the icons  
could be improved and Paul work is awesome.
