[Adium-devl] controller classes

I don't think it should take that long. It's basically just  
unchecking the right files from the Adium target, and checking 'em in  
the framework's target. There might be conflicts with plugins which  
compile the controller classes directly into them, but it's pretty  
easy to resolve them. Probably a search and replace will be also  
needed for #include "SomeController.h", but it's also trivial.
I think it can even be done in 1.0 in terms of time although I,  
personally, wouldn't make such a change at this stage.
