Nope. You use stringWithFormat:/appendFormat: to construct the  
element strings, so if CFXML… was returning NULL, you would get:

	<(null) (null)="(null)" (null)="(null)"><p><span style="(null)">svn  
isn'</span></p></(null)>

Actual line from one of the chatlogs:
