There is no documentation, which is something we should work on as we
have more non-Gaim client developers working on our protocol
implementations. Mark Doliner's done a good job of Doxygening OSCAR;
we should look into doing it for other prpls.

If you want to do it as you browse the code, that'd be great ;)
