You're asking if it's ok for an Adium developer to implement a feature
in libgaim, without adding anything to the GTK+ UI? Of course! While
he's never added anything you might consider a "feature," Evan
definitely commits code that has no benefit to our clients, but only
to Adium. As we further the division between libgaim and the Gaim UIs,
it becomes inevitable that libgaim may wind up more featureful than
any of its clients.
