Perhaps when you are pondering Adium you could jot down in a text  
document questions you have... even questions which you later answer  
yourself, if that process takes more than a couple minutes?  It's so  
hard sometimes to see what isn't clear once it's clear(ish) to you...  
and I would really like to see Adium hacking made inviting :)
