Hi,

I am not seeing this many spams on the mailing list, and the archive
doesn't seem to list this many:

On the other hand there are certainly non-English language mails being
sent to the list. Not able to read or write Japanese I can't tell  
whether
they are spam or someone insisting on communicating in their own
language. Then again given the highly variable sender name they are most
probably spam. Is there any way of filtering these from the list?
