[Adium-devl] Documenting the Codebase

Can we get a quick guide to doxygen on trac, with some links to more  
in depth references?  Call it a "documentation style guide" and link  
to it from the Documentation section of the ContributingToAdium page.

If we're serious about getting adium's code nicely documented, we'll  
need something like this to point interested people to.
