It needs to be all Web2.0 and awful. That would make it fantastic.

Also, being incorporated would also possibly make it easier to accept  
donations and such, allowing for deductibility and the like (I don't  
know American Corporations law, so I'm not sure, but that's what it  
is like over here.)
