[Adium-devl] SystemVersionCheck

I really am of the opinion that our users are (on the whole) smart  
enough to read the "requires 10.3.9" note on our site. Maybe we  
should make *sure* that is in reasonably large letters on the site,  
but I think on the whole it shouldn't be too much of a problem (and  
requiring 10.3.9 is not that uncommon anymore...)
