[Adium-devl] Updates on the Betts toolbar icons

I asked Brian to commit these, except for the Advanced and General  
icons. Evan and I will make a decision on that since it's  
controversial enough to justify that.

Are there any icons besides the Advanced and General that were missed  
in the commit?
