[Adium-devl] [15911]: Uniqueified applescriptrunners

When Adium loads, it posts @"AdiumApplescriptRunner_RespondIfReady"  
to the NSDNC; if an applescript runner exists, it'll reply with  
AdiumApplescriptRunner_IsReady. That way the new Adium will know it  
doesn't need to post another.  When the applescript runner exits, it  
posts AdiumApplescriptRunner_DidQuit.  Any still-running Adium will  
therefore know that on its next invocation it needs to exec its own  
copy.
