[Adium-devl] Summer of Code student/mentor wrinkle

It _is_ perfectly okay for a student to participate as such in the
Summer of Code even if he is already involved in the project.
It apparently is _not_ okay for someone to be both student and mentor:
http://code.google.com/soc/studentfaq.html#14
Unfortunate.
It seems like one possibility would be for our non-students and
students who don't want to take on an SoC project to be official
mentors. Students who want to take on a project are disqualified
from being a mentor, but we could establish mentorship as an
unofficial, inside-Adium assignment with someone else being the
official Google mentor. Thoughts?
