[Adium-devl] SoC information

Leslie of Google was kind enough to point out that I (we) overlooked  
http://code.google.com/soc/studentfaq.html#33 - it's not a problem to  
apply for SoC if you're already part of the project so long as you're  
a student. :)

She also said that so long as someone within the project is  
comfortable mentoring cross-project, accepting a cross-project SoC  
project will be fine.
