[Adium-devl] Adium 0.89.1: ICQ spam hotfix

Mac-arena and I discussed yesterday releasing a hotfix in response to  
the recent increase in ICQ authorization request spam.  It requires a  
one-line change in libgaim -- and for those keeping score at home,  
that one line is why libgaim 2.x's oscar implementation was getting a  
lot less authrequest spam than 0.8x using libgaim 1.5.  I've made the  
change in current svn  already.  Anyone have other high priority  
backports we should include so long as we're doing a minor release?
