Only the 450×450 version. At 300 dpi, that would get you an inch and  
a half (3.81 cm).

I'd suggest using SamGwilym's Vectory Duck. It's not the official  
Adiumy, but it's the closest thing available. If you ask him, he may  
let you have the Illustrator version.
