[Adium-devl] Smart Crash Reports crash reports

A while back, Adam did exactly this. On the first
startup after a crash, it had a nice little dialog
requesting to send it. Just two buttons, one to send
and one to close. No personal information or anything.
It was very nice. But nothing ever came of it...
